I was told these bead dhips were real Turquoise.  I do not believe it so I priced the necklace accordingly.  However, this is a fun necklace/collar that has a western look with wood and turquose color beads.  It is 18 Inches.  This Necklace is 18 inches long. It is for decorative purposes only. It is not to be used as a regular collar. Never attach a leash or tags to this necklace.
